Prize Draw
1)The prize draw is open to everyone resident in Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and Ireland, other than employees of the Marks and Spencer Group of Companies (or any other company connected with this promotion). Children may enter and a parent or guardian of the child entrant must read and accept these rules.
2)Only one entry per person is allowed.
3)All entries must be received by 11.59pm on 31 August 2009.
4)To enter the draw, simply complete the webform and click the Enter Prize Draw button. No purchase is necessary.
5)The prize draw will be held on 7 September 2009 and will be supervised by an independent
person.
6) The prize draw will have one winner, selected at random.
7) The prize of one cricket bat, signed by the England Cricket Team, must be accepted as offered, there are no alternatives.
8) Prize winners will be notified via email by 14 September 2009. The notification will include details of how the prize can be claimed. If the prize remains unclaimed for more than 1 calendar month after notification was sent, another random draw will take place from completed entries.
9)The name, county and country of the prize winner will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope within one month of the closing date to Marks and Spencer plc at Ashes prize draw, Marks and Spencer plc, Waterside House, 35 North Wharf Road, London W2 1NW.
10) The decision of the judges will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw. The promoter reserves the right to check the validity of any entry and the identity of any winner. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received for any reason.
11)The promoter shall have no liability for (a) technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation; (b) if a prize has been offered by a third party, any defect in, delay in supplying or failure to supply the prize.
