1. Availability of items e.g. where can I find a particular item? Is an item available in my size?


The availability of any item can be checked by contacting your local store. Details on your local store can be found by clicking on the Store Opening Times link on the bottom left of the website homepage. Then search for your local store using Store Finder.


Which stores stock particular ranges (e.g. Autograph)?

Details of the ranges sold in your local store can be found by clicking on the Store Opening Times link on the bottom left of the website homepage. Use Store Finder to search for your local store and when the Store Details page is displayed click the Product Ranges link on the top right to find relevant product information.

2. Can I order from overseas?


Customers in the following countries can place an order online for delivery to the UK:

We offer this service so that customers abroad can have gifts delivered to family and friends in the UK.

3. Where can I see particular ranges of furniture on display?


Unfortunately we cannot display all our furniture ranges in all stores. To check which furniture ranges are available please contact your local store or alternatively the majority of furniture and home products are available online. Details on your local store can be found by clicking on the Store Opening Times link on the bottom left of the website homepage. Then search for your local store using Store Finder.
