Food quality
Marks & Spencer prides itself on offering customers excellent quality and variety. However, if you have a problem with one of our food products, we would really like to know.
You can simply return the receipt, (together with the packaging if you have it) to your local store. Our staff will be happy to help and can offer a replacement or refund right away if necessary.

Food allergies and special dietary needs
Providing information for customers, especially those with food allergies or who have special diets, is important to us.
We have produced a series of lists that include information you may need to manage your diet.
When you look at the lists, you will see that there is a product bar code against each item. This matches the bar code you will see on the food packaging on our shelves. This will help you identify specific items when you are shopping.
We update the lists regularly and take great care over their accuracy. We do recommend, however, that you take the extra precaution of double-checking the ingredient list on the back panel of the item's packaging.

Which stores stock particular ranges (e.g. Autograph)?

3. Where can I see particular ranges of furniture on display?
Unfortunately we cannot display all our furniture ranges in all stores. To check which furniture ranges are available please contact your local store or alternatively the majority of furniture and home products are available online.
