  1. The prize draw is open to everyone aged 18 years and over, resident in Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, other than employees of the Marks and Spencer Group of Companies, Redwood Group or any other company connected with this promotion.
  2. Only one entry per household is allowed.
  3. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize dramw.
  4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged.
  5. All entries must be received at 12pm by 27th June 2008. The prize draw will be held by 12 July 2008 and supervised by an independent person
  6. Prizes must be accepted as offered, there are no alternatives.
  7. The prize winners will be notified in writing or by email by 27th July 2008. The names and counties of the prize winners will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Marks and Spencer plc - Lipstick giveaway, 3rd Floor - 3.260, The Point, 37 North Wharf Rd, London, W2 1AF
  8. The decision of the promoter will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize draw.
  9. Entry into the prize draw implies acceptance of these rules as final and binding.
  10. Prizes will be allocated to the first 100 names drawn at random.
  11. Prizes must be accepted as offered. No cash alternatives will be offered.
  12. Prizes are not transferable and not for resale.
